A rail car from the E.F. Madeira Mamoré. Unfortunately there is no technical info about it. They were assembled in Brasil at IRFA - Indústrias Reunidas Ferro e Aço ("Iron and Steel Reunited Industries"). A similar model can be seen at the Viação Férrea do Rio Grande do Sul. According to Paul Waters, the two E.F.M.M. units were built in 1946; they received the name of Presidente Vargas and Presidente Dutra. Photo originally published in the 1951 yearbook of Revista Ferroviária, kindly sent by Nílson Rodrigues, from São Paulo SP, to this site.
