A 875 HP General Motors GL-8 B-B diesel-electric locomotive, with the third FEPASA livery. The first trip of this unit, FEPASA #3620, was in November 11, 1961. This machine, originally built for the former Companhia Mogiana, has diesel motor EMD 8-567C, 8 cylinders using a "V" configuration; weight: 56,7 t. The E.F. Sorocabana also received this kind of locomotive. However, the GL-8's supplied to E.F. Sorocabana have lighted number boards in both ends of the locomotive; the units supplied to Companhia Mogiana do not present this feature. A copy of this photo was kindly distributed by Paulo César Bonaldo to the E.F. Brasil, an electronic list for discussion about the Brazilian railroads. The technical info about this locomotive is courtesy of Maurício Torres and Marcello Talamo, again through the E.F. Brasil list.
