When I wrote the description of the Queen of the Khanate, I was still fairly naive about United States politics, and didn’t realize that it was only a matter of a decade before my ridiculous caricature of a political system would become the law of the land in far too many parts of my country. Ho ho, I guess the joke’s on me.
