A freight train, headed by a steam locomotive, entering the bridge over the Mongaguá river, near the station with same name, in the Santos-Juquiá section of the E.F. Sorocabana. This photo was shot by Hinuy Mitegui, probably during the early sixties, as can be seen by the inscription Lott-Jango written in the right bank of the river. Lott and Jango were candidates to the Brazilian presidential election of 1960. See a photo of this place 26 years later... The copy of this photo was kindly sent to the E.F.
