One of the first trains to run in Ferrovia do Aço: five R.F.F.S.A. locos, headed by the G.E. U23CA #3609-1, pull 86 iron ore cars going to the M.B.R. - Minerações Brasileiras Reunidas exportation terminal at Guaíba Island in Mangaratiba, RJ. Note the ballast stones, very clear due to the little use... At that time approximately twelve trains runned dialy at the railroad.
