The Companhia Guarujá electric substation that converted 6,600 volts A.C. to 750 volts D.C. electric energy to the railway. It was located at the fourth kilometer of that railway, in the Conceiçãozinha village. A passenger train can be seen at right. Photo sent by Octávio Bertacin, from Rio de Janeiro, grandson of the engineer Ettore Bertacin, from Casa Siemens in Brazil, which directed the electrification works of that railway.
