INST0064 is a please-break-me release; libc 5.0.9 turns out to not be y2k compatable, so it's been relegated to the Kernel package (because the kernel requires an ELF compiler and I've not yet gotten up the courage to build whatever version of gl*bc is currrent today.) I've also upgraded the a.out compiler to gcc 2.95.2 (the ELF compiler remains at 2.7.2.3, because the egcs/gcc people changed the way asm() works, thus breaking 2.0.28+logo compilations) so that I can build modern c++ code (it's only a minor detail that the libio and libstdc++ shipped with 2.95.2 don't build properly, and that libstdc++-v3 doesn't build at all; this is being worked on for INST0065, which is the "more c++ screensavers, please!" release.
