The Central Vermont merger came with a small handful of ex-PC SD40s, which remained on the CV’s roster long enough to get painted in CV colo(u)rs before they were replaced (with rebuilt MLW M-420s) and transferred to the DLP for usage on D&H West, the BAR, and other non-electrified districts.

All are in service.
